What it is
Vettika for agencies is a voice-AI first-round interviewer that lets a small agency run scored first-rounds at scale. The traditional agency model caps capacity at the number of screens each recruiter personally conducts — typically 40 a month per recruiter. Vettika takes that ceiling off: the agent runs the screen and your recruiters spend their time on shortlist curation and client handoffs. Scale is $149 for 500 Interview Minutes — about 50 ten-minute first-rounds — with unlimited active automations and priority support. Prepaid, no subscription, no overage. Your first interview is free before you commit.
The agency capacity problem
Capacity caps at recruiter count. Hiring more is the wrong fix.
Was
Margin compression — every new client needs a new recruiter
Now
Run 10× the screens per recruiter. Same team, more clients, same margin.
Was
Hand the client a Google Sheet shortlist with a vibes summary
Now
Ship branded, scored transcripts per candidate. The client sees the actual conversation.
Was
Lost the retainer because the in-house team caught up on their own
Now
Day-of screening on every applicant. Your shortlist beats their internal funnel every time.
How an agency uses it end to end
From client engagement to a shortlist you can hand over.
Spin up a client engagement
Per-client rubric template and its own apply link. 10 minutes from client brief to first interview link. Candidate screens and transcripts carry Vettika branding — there is no per-account logo, theme or custom candidate domain.
Give every recruiter their own workspace
Each recruiter signs in to their own account, owns their requisitions and runs their own funnel. Seat-based team accounts are not shipped yet (#621) — until they are, agencies run one account per recruiter.
Push the link to every applicant
Auto-route applications through the AI screen on the day they land. No scheduling overhead, no scheduling team, no scheduling tools.
Deliver the shortlist to the client
Scored transcripts, per-candidate audit log, exportable to the client ATS. Your shortlist, your call, your placement fee.
10 recruiters. 1,500 screens. ~$2.98 per interview.
A 10-recruiter agency running 150 first-rounds per recruiter per month is 1,500 AI-conducted screens. At ten minutes each that is 15,000 Interview Minutes — 30 Scale packs, about $4,470, or roughly $2.98 per interview at a published rate instead of an opaque “unlimited” promise. Compare that to an hour of recruiter time per screen at $50-150 in the legacy workflow. The math is the only argument you need to take to your partners.

FAQ
Questions agency owners actually ask.
How is Scale different from Growth?
Volume and rate. Growth is $49 for 150 Interview Minutes; Scale is $149 for 500, which works out cheaper per minute — about $0.30 against $0.33. Scale also lifts the active-automation limit to unlimited and includes priority support. Same engine, same compliance posture, same per-criterion scoring on both. Both are one-off prepaid purchases, and balances stack.
Can I bill clients per screen and keep the margin?
Yes. Agencies typically include Vettika in the placement fee structure rather than passing through per-screen cost. At about $3 for a ten-minute AI-conducted screen on Scale versus your hourly rate for the same work, the margin uplift is the entire point.
Does each recruiter have isolated workspaces or do we share data?
Each recruiter signs in to their own account and sees only their own candidates and requisitions — isolation is enforced per account, not per seat. Shared team accounts with an agency-wide funnel view are not shipped yet; today an agency runs one account per recruiter.
What about ATS integration for our client tools?
Zapier today for Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, Notion, and a generic webhook. That covers most of our agency customers since clients often use different ATSes — agencies push transcripts and scores into whichever system the client uses. Native integrations for top ATS platforms are on the Q3 roadmap.
Compliance — what do we tell clients in regulated states?
LL144 bias-audit log per session, EU AI Act risk-classification doc published, NDPR-aware. The candidate notice copy is configurable per-client so agencies serving NYC employers can drop the LL144-compliant disclosure into the invite. Full per-session audit log is exportable for client compliance reviews.
